The EnergySec Security and Compliance Summit 2023 was the 18th annual event organized by the Energy Sector Security Consortium, held July 17-19, 2023 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, California. EnergySec is a U.S. nonprofit that supports energy sector organizations in securing critical technology infrastructure, with a community of over 5,000 individuals from more than 500 organizations. The summit brought together cybersecurity professionals, compliance officers, and utility security teams to share expertise and strategies for addressing threats to energy infrastructure, with a strong focus on NERC CIP compliance, risk management, incident response, and workforce development.
