The 19th Annual CIGRE Canada Conference and Exhibition was held October 28-31, 2024, at the RBC Convention Center in Winnipeg, Manitoba, under the theme "Addressing the Challenges and Opportunities of an Accelerated Energy Transition." The conference set records for the largest number of papers received and exhibitors, featuring 135+ selected oral presentations, CEO and business panels, a Women in Energy panel, and focused workshops and tutorials. Attendees include business leaders, system operators, manufacturers, engineers, policymakers, regulators, and academics from across Canada's electric power systems sector.
