The Digital Marketing Administrator role is critical to the business success of SUBNET and in driving business to help SUBNET grow. It is the essential function of the Digital Marketing Administrator to be responsible in maintaining of all SUBNET digital marketing activities, communications, materials, and marketing databases to leverage SUBNET in the market place according to the company’s strategic plan and goals. You should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies with forward-thinking ideas to maintain a strong company web presence.

This position will work closely with the SUBNET sales and marketing team to define marketing strategies and ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels.

A successful Digital Marketing Administrator at SUBNET Solutions Inc. is proactive, organized, self-motivated, independent, and has a passion for excellence. You will need to work well in a fast-paced environment, traverse various technologies, engineering teams, and client types.

The Digital Marketing Administrator reports to the president.


This position is accountable for the following outcomes/results:

  • Build SUBNET’s digital marketing roadmap.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Measure ROI and KPIs.
  • Manage SUBNET’s social media accounts.
  • Manage and improve online content.
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
  • Establish and administer complete online web seminar marketing initiatives.
  • Administer mass-email applications and servers.
  • Administer the design graphics for web and print.
  • Design, develop, and maintain the company website and online store.
  • 2+ years of software marketing/product management experience.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Specific Product Management training.
